Attacking someone outside of time.

So what sort of abilities would attacking someone outside of time be classified as in this wiki?

To give some context there's Kamen Rider Durendal who's main ability is to basicallt erase time which would looks something like this.



And here is the official description of how Ocean History/Kaiji works in Official Kamen Rider website.

It's basically King Crimson.

he didn't seem to attack at all though, also we need a translation of that site, but from the scene alone, it looks like it makes him be able to reposition himself seconds later while being ignoring what happens to him if he was in those erased seconds, so yeah is like king crimson, time and causality manipulation, but they only attacked after time went back to normal

This isn't the instance. There's another villian who straight up punch Durendal mid timeskip

Well, that's the thing. No other character can attack Durendal and Durendal can attack anyone either.

Yet Solomon casually vibe check him out of it.
