Attack Reflection Alternation

As a re-revised draft:
Attack Reflection is the ability to deflect or reflect attacks targeted towards the character. This is a rather powerful ability, as it lets the user perform offense and defense simultaneously by effectively turning one's efforts against them. Some common limitations include only working on attacks of a certain type or power level, a lengthy preparation time, a specific requirement for use, it requiring active input from the user, or difficulty in aiming the deflected damage.

This is not to be confused with one using another's powers against them, as that is simple trickery rather than an ability tailored to reflect incoming attacks.

Note: Attack Reflection as an ability must refer to a power in which a major or direct aspect is dedicated to reflecting or deflecting some form of action. Reflection/deflection as a secondary power, such as using Telekinesis to redirect something, Elemental Control to redirect its respective element, or using a barrier that happens to cause ricochet on projectiles, would not be considered as Attack Reflection, as those aspects are secondary effects of a primary power.

So...
Are we good to apply this or?

I think there was still a fair bit of disagreement over what to do.

I support Qawsedf234's idea.

I think the site as a whole could benefit from that kind of distinction, to be honest. A lot of profiles and abilities end up with bloat by piggybacking off of other abilities which are simply very versatile themselves. At the very least I prefer when sub-abilities are listed under their primary ability with like a tabber or something.

As a re-revised draft:
As a quick closing note here I'd maybe want to add that something just causing ricochets or whatever can still count for the power if it's used offensively or otherwise genuinely useful rather than something that just happens to happen and doesn't matter

Unconventional Attack Reflection? Combat Intelligence feat?

Okay so any objections to applying Qaw's suggestion, seeing as everyone is more or less fine with it?
