Frieda was explicitly stated by Rod to possess the power that the former users had, but not the experience to use it to its full potential, hence why she lost to Grisha. She only used her power a few times over the three years she had her power and only to erase her sister's memories, hell she even denied the willingness to use her power to stop the titans from attacking the walls when Grisha begged her to, hence why he killed her and stole her powers

So what are the current suggestions for Ymir and Karl?

Currently there are two options:

1. Scale them onoly from Armin, as Karl created over 500,000 Colossal Titans with just a wave of his hand and Yimir is 9x stronger than him and is flat out stated that no titan can be stronger than her, making Karl 'At least High 7-C' and Ymir 'At least High 7-C, likely Low 7-B, possibly higher'

2. Use Karl's feat and Ymir's fraction as literal multipliers, which would make Karl 6-C+ and Ymir High 6-C+

For reference, Karl and Ymir are hyped as the strongest characters in the series and dont scale to anyone but themselves

The Female Titan can easily run far faster than horses, but I doubt that is subsonic, perhaps we can scale the Titan Shifters to the 3DMG?
