Eh, Atomsk is 8-A physically. His 4-C is just force of the pull from his N.O. Channel, not really his AP.

Probably gonna go with Nono as N.O. powers almost work the same as Topless abilities. Now he may try to possess or take control of her but really doubt that's gonna work. So really depends on whether she can come back from being sucked into the channel, I'd say yes... there you have it.

Actually now that his speed has been upgraded I dont think there is need to equalize, though he may still be faster and have more AP (being up to High 4-C can still be arranged), so some win-cons by virtue of tier if not by both tier and speed.
