Atleast 1-A, Possibly High 1-A Cyttorak ?

Oblivion (a 1-A), in his own realm was completely unable to affect the Juggernaut (who was protected by Cyttorak) at all, Which shows that even the power of a 1-A being is completely insignificant to Cyttorak and unable to affect him at all, indicating that he is infinitely beyond a 1-A being which I think is enough for Cyttorak to be at least 1-A, possibly even High 1-A.

Furthermore, he has not demonstrated any real limits ever in marvel comics history and even High 1-B beings are consistently portrayed as nothing at all compared to him.

Furthermore, he is consistently described as extradimensional, outerdimensional and existing outside of the marvel hierarchy (as well as natural law) in an outer plane, a clear indicator of outerversal nature.

I personally think just plain High 1-A would be best for him as he has not demonstrated any limits and has been portrayed as vastly superior to other 1-As.

I would like to see scans of these things, this is a big Upgrade.

If they are legit, I'm for 1-A but not sure about High 1-A.

If Oblivion at full power, rather than an avatar, was ever shown as unable to affect Cyttorak, then it was one of the biggest outliers in Marvel's history of neverending complete nonsense scaling matchups, almost comparable to when Iceman defeated Oblivion.

It would probably be best if you permanently stop creating Marvel upgrade treads, as they are severely exaggerated, and very tiresome to deal with.
