During the middle of a conversation between The One Above All and The Living Tribunal, The Living Tribunal asks his creator if he's Omnipotent

The One Above All answers saying yes. He is Omnipotent and that nothing scares him

That is until Alien X enters the conversation and his mere presence leaves The One Above All sweating bricks

Alien X's mere presence scared TOAA who is High 1-A so therefore Alien X is "At least High 1-A"
