Jokes aside, not sure. Asura likely has the advantage against regular Wario due to Truth Seeking Ball and sheer versatility, but if Wario gets power ups, it might be more interesting.

I'm not familiar with all of his powerups, but if he can still only use one at a time, it should be okay, as well as level the playing field.
