Okay this one isn't as much of an obvious stomp but still is.

Asriel's soul manip should one shot Goku and his SAVE & LOAD still means Goku can't put him down at all.

To put it bluntly to you: Goku is pretty much only a straightforward brawler. Anyone with remotely any hax (which is very common in Tier 2) stomps him. Even someone non-corporeal stomps him, as Goku has no way to counter it.
