Erm... I think some people forget that Asriel is acausal being. So he immune to any Causality Manipulation and are very difficult to permanently destroy even with time and death manipulation.

Her Time Manipulation should be leagues above Asriel's at the very least, considering she's literally infinitely above deities who have absolute control over their own space-times.

Realistically, TLoP is acasual as well, i just haven't gotten around to doing the abilities and powers for D&D since the recent upgrade.

She has and always will exist, even after Vecna was going to destroy the infinite multiverse and create a new one on top of it.
