Win by incapacitation or friendship (jk with the last part, but it seems in character.)
Was tempted not to equalize speeds, but blitzing is a thing. So speed equalized. But I'm not sure if the speed is an advantage on Asgore's part, because Braum has a lot more feats than Asgore, but we'll just see.
