Well, observation can make 3d human like Nanashi to stand on equal ground with anyone below Axiom regardless of the dimensionality or hierarchy. Observation is the very reason Nanashi and co can ascend the stairs and reach YHVH while being a 3D humans themselves.

I'm not sure if observation on that level applies to this key though. If Dagda scaling is lower than that of Noel, i guess she can pierce Nanashi's barrier and prevent resurrection. Still, Almighty GG.
