he cut through it, thats not going to work with Kaguya where her dimensions are not connected to earth in anyway and are ridiculously far apart from one another.
also avoiding the fact that the BFR between the two is drastically different, the NNT one is like a black vortex while Kaguya's is an instant planet-wide BFR.

Uh a prevention is basically a resistance... That's like saying wearing a fireproof jacket isnt a resistance to fire cause it prevents you from getting burned. It's still a way she "resist" the ability.

Not at all because no other transmutation works like that
You can't "control" Arthurs transmutation and "prevent it" like you can with sage chakra, that's just a nature of sage chakra.
Again, no resistance is occurring, if you think so strongly otherwise, make a CRT.

why does this matter? the only feats Arthur has were out of character and moved by his emotions (mutated a rock into a bird when he was sad and mutated the sky into darkness when mad)
