Even when reduced to God Arceuid was able to defeat Amaterasu
Amaterasu or Caster Tamamo is comparable to Goetia in this state
Arceuid becoming the Ultimate One is already far stronger and above Amaterasu
who as stated earlier should be comparable to Goetia
Tiamat is a awakened beast similar to Goetia
so that pretty much puts Arceuid higher than Tiamat in a sense

yeah I agree with @TheGreatJedi13 here, even if anyone argues that Tiamat could hax her out, Arcueid still has a lot of hax, plus Fate characters with/beyond Divinity tend to just resist it cuz fuq u that's why
