The reason base broly would be 4-B is because he gets downscaled from his supressed super saiyan form which is 4-A meaning he would be somewhere around 1/20th or 1/50th of baseline 4-A as that's more or less the accepted boost SSJ provides over your base form.

Okay, I looked over this more thoroughly.

I won't really need to talk about Sonic's own Fate Hax, because the Sword of Acorns has Fate Hax of it's own to alter an unfavorable situation (shown in the two scans on the profile). That, along with a very potent Power Null leaves Thanos essentially defenseless. It also appears to be semi-sentient/aware and has precognition, though I'll need to ask Mav for a scan on the latter.

Sonic has my vote here.
