Arceus' speed in his Complete form key says that he is omnipresent across space and time. However I find some problem about this. The thing is Complete form Arceus is still a physical body just like his Incomplete form, the only difference is having all of the plates in its possession. So I believe we should change his speed in his Complete form to immeasurable speed as he is superior to his incomplete self. As for his omnipresent state, I believe we should put it in both keys as 'omnipresent as a conscious' as both forms are essentially the same, only difference is the number of plates they both have.
