Hmm as Cal said it wouldnt work. However I do have an idea about something I saw in the Pokemon respect thread but idk if it would work.

In the movie, didnt incomplete Arceus's pure speed shake his universe and the human universe? What could we make of that?

Makes sense that Arceus would have Void Manipulation as he was born from an egg and then made existance happen. Although I question where the egg came from, probably "The Original One".

Unless you can provide evidence that Incomplete Arceus is literally infinitely superior to Creation Trio, then no he will not be rated Immeasurable.
