According the blog Arceus and myself did a year ago "It" aka the main antagonist of the Singular Point novel created entities with eight legs in higher dimensions among a higher dimensional communication network. Which is Life and Biological Manipulation yeah
His Ultima key states that he has Immeasurable speed with Matter Manipulation (gathers up molecules throughout the timeline and overlays them, time travel not being possible even to infinite speed computers), so he should get it in his P&A section too.
