Arale vs Goku, But It's Not Dragon Ball Super

So yeah, one of the things I was curious about was, well, what if Arale and Goku met up when Dragon Ball Super wasn't a thing? Dragon Ball Super made it obvious that Arale had the potential to curbstomp Future Trunks Saga SSB Goku, but this is a different story. Here, we're talking about Dr. Slump Arale, who should be very casually baseline Star level from stabbing the sun with a pitchfork out of curiosity.

For this, I'll be using Dr. Slump Arale against Android Saga Goku since that would allow both characters to put up a good fight against one another. I'll be allowing the full range of transformations for Goku because while Arale is listed as 4-C, that was from a mere stabbing of the sun, so it can be possible for Arale to hit High 4-C with a 100x N'Chan Cannon (a more serious attack) if said multiplier is legit (which is possible because just the multiplier alone made Goku take Arale more seriously). Beyond that, here are the terms.

1. Speed is Equalized (Arale would've blitzed Goku otherwise)

2. Battle takes place in the entirety of a typical DBZ wasteland.

3. Starting distance is 10 meters.

Hoo boy. This should've been thought through more, but I'm just testing the waters at this point. That aside, who takes this?

Arale via Toon Force. If she kicked Goku hard enough she could probably just BFR him like she did with Vegeta. What would she lead with though?

Um, Goku actually has a counter to conventional BFR (Instant Transmission, which uses people as location markers).

Of course it goes without saying that nobody knows how exactly Beerus was able to resist toon force, be it the standard argument of hax-resistance (as toon force is, indeed, hax) or just him being more powerful than Arale.

Idk if Instant Transmission applies to straight up robots. Since Arale likely leads with BFR type move, this is he best asset. Berrus never resisted any of her hax either. He arrived, blew her head off, almost hakai'd her and left.
