Aqua vs Cell

So with Cell being at his 4B level, could he take on the Keyblade Master Aqua? Or could Aqua rid the worlds of the threat of Cell?


Battle takes place in Radiant Garden, 10 meters apart. Aqua witnesses Cell sucking up an inhabitant of the town, other than that has no knowledge on him and vice versa.

Aqua severely outhaxes him in every category. Time Manipulation and Transmutation will make it an easy win for her, but I'll admit that she usually doesn't lead with Time Manipulation.

I know this is old but with how that now we know Aqua can breath in space, I doubt even lanet busting could get him any sort of advantage, let alone win.
