Apocalypse regeneration downgrade

What it says on the tin. Apocalypse needs his regeneration downgraded as his best feat was performed with preparation time and outside help. It needed one of his followers to infuse his blood with a techno-organic virus, as established in Issue 26 of Cable and Deadpool.

As for what it should be downgraded to, IIRC he can regrow lost limbs and regenerate from this, so I think Low-Mid is probably more accurate.
