If one really wants to see how two characters match up, not in overall stats like strength, speed, and durability but just pure versatility and skill, is a VS Discussion with equalized tiers permitted?

Also sorry for the run-on sentence.
 
No, the only stat that's allowed to be equalized is speed unless youre just making a fun and games thread
