AP Stomp and Blitz

I may be blind for not finding the info but how much AP advantage is considered a stomp and how much faster does a character have to be for them to blitz another character?

A 7.5x AP advantage is enough for one character to oneshot another in versus matches.

Speed is context based. Something like a 5 times advantage seems like a blitz in most circumstances to me.

Only if the characters have calcs that are that far apart.

Blitzing depends on distance
If someone is 3x faster than you at a meter away your getting blitzed
Put them 500m away and they don’t get blitz stomped ASAP anymore
