AP needed to tunnel through a Gas Giant?

Say if a character wanted to fly (Or should I say swim.... or dig?) through a gas giant, right through one side, through the center and to the other. This is a large gas giant like Jupiter.

What kind of AP would they need?

Honestly I'd expect Tier 6 range (Country Level?)
