Aoi Todo's first key revamp.

Todo's first key is like this:

Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level (Capable of fighting Hanami[8] and should be more powerful than it's tree attack, as he states it sacrifices power for range. As a grade 1 sorcerer[1]he should be above[9] Mechamaru), higher with Playful Cloud

It directly states that he should be more powerful than Hanami's trees, that lacks power for more range. While it's a fair scaling that I agree with, it's much better to just scale Todo to Hanami as he can harm her, and Hanami should scale to her AoE attack because of UES.

Second, it scales him above Mechamaru because of Grades, and while it's fair, it's much easier to scale him above Panda, who took the 8-B attack.

This is a much better and detailed AP section that shows his full capabilities:

Attack Potency: TBD (Is a Grade 1 Sorcerer, and should be stronger than Grade 1 Curses[91]. Grade 1 is the minimum grade needed to defeat a Special Grade Curse[12]. Fought against 5 Grade 1 Cursed Spirits and 1 Special Grade, defeating them all on his own[95]. Stronger than Gorilla Core Panda[97], and Panda was stated to be barely able to compete with him physically[12]. The combined strength of the Tokyo students was possibly not enough to take him down[94]. Physically stronger than every other contender of the Goodwill Event, except for Yuji and Maki[12]. Although weaker, can keep up with Yuji[94][7], and would've taken his arms off with a Cursed Energy reinforced punch if a Cursed Spirit didn't mitigate the blow[94]. Is strong enough to harm Hanami[15])

Then add the Playful Cloud part after it.

I do think that if you are gonna include the Panda scaling you should mention him tanking the Ultimate Canon, since Panda himself doesnt have a profile yet
