Its been said that Spider Man once took down Classic Doctor Strange. I've even seen images for it in a Spider-Man respect thread but it got taken down.

Does anyone know what book it happened in?

I'm not a comic buff, so I can't tell you, but if you're trying to fish feats out of you're probably out of luck, considering the fact that power-scaling is extremely wonky in comics, thus our rules surrounding them.

Thus we can't really scale Spidey to Doctor Strange.
