Not really, i'm kinda leaning on incon if ME cannot bypass AS probability manipulation shield. If AS mind manip works on ME then he wins via incap.

For now i need more info on ME power before voting.

Actually with resent Royal Knight revisions Acausality Type 4 is part of the Top Tiers powers so unless the Fate Manip can bypass it then ME can at least incap.
