Hmm after looking at the page, some things just didn't make the most sense...

Attack Potency: Street level. Building level with the freeze gun (could freeze a Brug Mass which is a massive collection of other bugs and can even freeze lava in single shot), Large Building level with the plasma gun (managed to take down an adolescent Ridley that was giving base Samus a hard time)

We really shouldn't use Other M for feats nor scaling. Else, Anthony Higgs would literally be above Power Suit Samus and on par with Varia Suit Samus, which is rather absurd.

At the moment, it would be best to leave him as Unknow for the most part, or replace his page with a page for the Galactic Federation so it isn't reduntant.

Not really sure as to what to say here for that.

Not much of people here know the character well (then again, it happens to plenty of them here as well, biting the dust for those that are really popular and all), so Unknown would be pointless.

If i had to choose, maybe just replacing it with the GF page would be more appropriate.
