Round 1. Inconclusive. Sponge's regen allows him to negate anything Henry does to him, but Sponge isn't strong enough to take down Ant-man.

Round 2. Spongebob takes this as his speed would allow him to actually hurt Henry and, again, Sponge's regen negates anything Henry tries to do.
