Another inFAMOUS 1 Upgrade

So this one is a bit of stretch, but whatever.

So in the inFAMOUS comic book, which tells of the events that happened in between the ending of the first game and the beginning of the second game, Cole fights a monster named David Warner. David Warner is a security guard who once worked for the First Sons. In order to help pay off his massive debts, David offers to become the First Son's lab rat. The First Sons expose David to the Ray Sphere over THIRTY times. The reason this is important is because the Ray Sphere multiplies a Conduits power by the number of times they are exposed. This is stated here and here. At the end of the comic, Cole manages to defeat David.

It is also implied in this cutscene (at 5:05) that if Cole used the Ray Sphere a second time, he would be twice as powerful. This is also further supported in the non-canon inFAMOUS path, were Cole chooses to activate the Ray Sphere, but is interrupted before he can complete the process only only gets a fraction of the power. He still comments on the pleasure he gets from the mini power up he receives.

So, going of the assumption that the Ray Sphere multiples a Conduits power, and using this calc, I say that inFAMOUS 1 Cole should be getting a boost.

From the calc, it is shown that Cole can create a storm that produces either 16.9 kilotons, or 21 kilotons of energy. Also, remember that Cole performed this feat early in the story, when his powers first awoke and he barely had any control over them.

Using the 30X power multiplier:

16.9 * 30 = 507 kilotons

Or

21 * 30 = 630 kilotons

So, Large Town level inFAMOUS 1? This would probably only apply to the top tiers of the first game, and mid tiers of the second, so Kessler, Cole, David, Nix, Bertrand and maybe Kuo.

Also, please let me know if this is calc stacking.

Okay no my apologies that is not how that works. David Werner pre transformation was a normal human lets give him a fair estiamte and say he was likely athlete level(which ranges from 100-200 joules let's go with 150 joule.) if we use the multiplier that you porovided as he was exposed 30 times. His monster form would only be short of of the high end of street level or 4.5 kilojoules. So no you would not be using any multipliers as that would be wanking sorry.

Edit: also was that small power boost after or before he performed that storm feat. If it's after you can't use that multiplier since he performed the feat with the boost.

Wouldn't we have to know how strong he got from the intial blast before attempting to multiply his power? Otherwise Grudgeman's position seems the most reasonable.

Not gonna lie, it realized that my reasoning was flawed like yesterday, but was just too busy to do anything about it.

The storm feat was at the very beginning of the game, right after the Blast. The storm was calculated (its the one I used to multiply.)

The only other notable feat from the Blast was the fact that 5-6 city blocks were vaporized.
