(I'm pretty sure we can all say that we've seen Pikachu's new Z move (for the Ash version). Now I could go all day talking about how that can be calced, but one thing is for certain, that actually is a detail that was missed. He creates thunderclouds. At the very least, low 7-C for that feat.)

The clouds should be the low 7-C feat for Pikachu, and Pokémon that are consistently shown the be capable of beating Ash's or Reds Pikachu should get scaled by the explosions power
