Ryuma I am not convinced since the evidence is Zoro speculating and visually it is just a clash of blades-basic AP/Dur.
I can't target the speculating part, but the AP/Dura portion is ehh because the swords that Zoro is using there are currently 6-C while Ryuma is 7-C.

Uh, apologies for potentially being stupid but...lightning's not non physical.

Like, it's plasma. Sure, kicking it away is pretty weird but I don't think NPI applies at all here.

Otherwise these sound fine to me.
Plasma is a fluid
NPI includes elemental intangibility. Since plasma is a fluid, lightning would be considered to naturally have that.

Okay, but switching to liquid or gas isn’t a parameter that defines fluidity. Something is a fluid if it lacks the structural ability to resist shearing, which is true of plasma as it definitionally has no molecular structure.

Excepts they are called physical states of matter for certain reasons
solid, liquid, and gas. In extreme environments, other states may be present, such as plasma, Bose-Einstein condensates, and neutron stars.

So no NPI is happening here

Just realized but Luffy should get Limited Elemental Intangibility Negation for being able hit Enel and bypass his Logia abilities with his rubber body
