What is Buggy's leading move?

About stats stuff, Buggy upscales from his value, but the gas bomb contributed in it, so I'd say he'd simply upscale from Luffy, while Undyne HEAVILY upscales from the value given she's stronger than Asgore, who massively outclasses MTT EX, so the gap would be less than x1.5.

However... the interesting thing is how the body split would react to the paralysis which is on a SOUL level... I assume only his torso would be locked in place given that it's technically there where is the SOUL?

Buggy pretty much always starts a fight by splitting himself up and attacking by slamming his body parts against his opponents.

As for the paralysis bit yeah I guess thats probably how it would work? But luckily he can still separate any other part of his body. So this fight would be a hail of body parts and spears slamming into each other.

Although I wonder if Undynes spears would be all that effective considering he's resistant to cutting attacks

Then I guess I'll vote for Undyne. Unlike Buggy who has a limit for his Danmaku due to his body volume, Undyne can spam dozens of arrows for tens of meters in range, and she can easily target his torso which would still be vulnerable as it's stuck at that place.

Plus his resistance to piercing damage is purely physical, as he still gets damage and he's got no options to heal his SOUL from getting hit.

The Paralysis is SOUL based and straight up stops any kind of physical movement which isn't of the limbs.

And splitting is still a physical action for UT as it's not involving the SOUL. You'd have to argue him splitting also that for making this argument work.
