1. Test was a decent show if you fair in the bad seasons.
2. Chowder was excellent for 6 yr old me. Now I think it's just horrible with good comedy.
3. We Baby Bears is a decent show just boring.
4. DC Superhero Girls was decent from the 3 or so episodes I watched.
5. Craig of The Creek is a great show.

Also it's not fair to disregard the point people make about 2009 CN. MOST of the shows were ass. Also you are trying to give 2009 favor and validation in peoples eyes by comparing it to the most hated era of CN. Not a good look.
 
I've never watched DC Superhero Girls before, but is it good?

I was comparing 2009 CN to Current CN to prove that the 2009 CN isn't that bad. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. It was decent. But there were some ass shows though lmfao. I'd argue that 2009 CN is just as hated as current CN.

I honestly prefer BFB art style to BFDI/A art style tbh. My gripe with split BFB is bar Firey and Leafy finally settling things there was like... no complexity at all. All the characters magically became 2 Dimensional tropes with nothing to them. Woody was getting such a good arc and they murdered it 😭

Is it a crime to say that Current CN being all around mid makes it equivalent to 2009's CN due to its stellar shows (Like Ben 10) and it's horrible ones (insert any live action show by the network)?

Ehh...

That depends.

In my opinion, the combination of Johnny Test, Ben 10, Total Drama, Chowder, Pokemon, and Flapjack makes 2009 CN better than the current era of CN.

Current CN has no shows I'm interested in checking out, except for maybe DC Superhero Girls. I've been meaning to watch more episodes of that show.

We sleeping on Craig of the Creek? Well Mao Mao is decent and at least Genndy Tartakovsky is coming with a new show so if it follows the trend it might be the greatest show of this decade. (What can I say, Genndy is the goat.) Overall I think that's fair tho. Some of 2009's hits were truly amazing.
 
I'm 100% excited to see what Genndy has in store for us. Hopefully he's the guy that ends up saving CN from the hole it's in currently.

I'm not interested in either Craig of the Creek or Mao Mao tbh.

Logan Paul has gained my respect back. I wanted him off YouTube for what he did but he actually grew as a person. Jake still has some maturing to do but he's not as insufferable. Some of it is clearly for a character.

That's kinda my gripe with it. People use Avatar to dunk on cartoons nowadays to say stuff like, cartoons aren't good anymore, without actually going out of their way to seek out those diamonds in the rough that they never thought would be worth their time. Like The Owl House and Amphibia. Infinity Train. Primal. And more popular ones like Arcane. Heck, even I have my guilty pleasures like DC Super Hero Girls (2019), Steven Universe, and Harley Quinn. Sucks that people compare the literal Citizen Kane of cartoons to modern stuff now to undermine their value.

1. Steven Universe: Future you mean? SU def ain't newer cartoons. (Also it's not a guilty pleasure, just genuinely fire)
2. Infinity Train got dropped by CN iirc.
3. Primal is an adult show so most people don't count it.
4. People use EVERY show to dunk on cartoon nowadays.

Not disagreeing, just pointing stuff out.

The only thing I didn't really like that much is how they did Kite Man in Season 2, but they did redeem themselves in the recent Season.

SU started to become doo doo after Season 2 or 3. After that, the only good thing that came from SU was the movie.

Yeah, I count Future since it's in that sort of category. Me personally, I don't think the later seasons of SU are as bad as everyone says they are but that's just me. Unfortunately, CN is dropping just about everything now so eh. I was also never one to hold up the argument that like "cartoons are only for children" thing. If it's animated and it's western, it might as well be a cartoon.

I hate the argument "cartoons are for kids." People even go as far to say "animation is for kids."

This mindset needs to stop.
