Ava would win because:
1. She's a whole tier above Doom Slayer and could oneshot him unless he uses the berserk sphere
2. Her Regenerationn should negate the damage he does to her if he even gets a chance to hit her

So he starts with a Berserk Sphere or a Quad Damage Sphere? You didn't specify
If he has the Berserk Sphere Ava could just bombard him with lava from all sides due to him losing his ability to use firearms
If he uses a Quad Damage Sphere he would likely get a hit in due to his range advantage but it wouldn't matter because of Ava's Regenerationn, the fact that the QDS only increases his attack so she would one shot him, and because the time he has it is limited
I highly doubt he could outlast someone who can one shot him when he has no power ups and who could still defeat him fairly quickly with said power ups for the reasons stated above

Question, how far into MCB Ava is?
There is no other key for Doomslayer in MCB other then Berserk Sphere and quad dmg sphere with is atleast 167 ton of tnt.
And her regen is only low-mid, what make sure she will survive and her upper part blow up like doomslayer does to most of his enermy?
