Hmm. I'm not really sure who would win this. My thought would be Garra, for his level of versatility with his sand. His Sand Shield and Sand Armor has proven to be able to stand up to most threats in the Narutoverse. And he's even got the ability to turn most of the battlefield in his weapon. Of coarse Lightsabers seem to be the only thing to really be able to block, well Lightsabers, and the Force's versatility level is pretty high too. Your standard level of telekenisis combined with precog, in the form of mind-reading is seems, is a strong combo. It's pretty rough, but I think Anakin just edges out. Any form of battle-ready precog can be really irritating for the other fighter.

Yeah, I'll vote Anakin for now. The Hax is strong with the Force. It just get's the job done right. Though like I said it's close. I could see Garra taking this via overwhelming Anakin with sand from everywhere around him at once.

And the characters need to stay still and focus for a bit. That is something Anakin won't be able to pull off in mid combat against his arch enemy and Gaara.
