AP: Bang from what it seems should be >>>>102KT. Jabra is at around the same level as Kaku in base at 175KT but slightly lower. In his Zoan Form, he is somewhere much higher than 175KT but below 526KT. Bang can increase his strength further with Abandonment, though the AP gap is still big.
Range: Jabra has the range advantage with Rankyaku.
Lifting strength: Jabra is certainly stronger than Base Luffy in his Zoan Form who is at 28,520,563.2 kg while Bang is at 3905738.749 kg.
Anything else: Indeed Jabra has the advantages against Bang in these areas, however, Bang is an accomplished martial artist and has Attack Reflection via his Water Smashing Fist. It will put Jabra at a disadvantage as if his attacks are being reflected back him if he tries to play the close range game with Bang.
But, we have to remember that Jabra has Tekkai that can reinforce his durability to tank powerful hits, he could use this to sustain no damage from his reflected attacks. It should also protect him from Bang hitting his pressure points and go inside his guard and do some damage. Bang will have to put in serious effort to be break his Tekkai considering the gap in AP here.
Intelligence could play a role here considering Jabra is hot-headed individual who would charge in recklessly against an opponent if they mock him and Bang being an accomplished m.a would use that against Jabra. Is Bang the type of character to mock people don't know. I honestly don't know how Bang would react to Jabra's composury lying act as well. Considering he was willing to gang up on his weaken and completely battered former disciple Garou, I don't think he would fall for the act, enraging the wolf.
Also, Jabra has Geppou to escape the range of Bang, Rankyaku to attack from afar, though Bang has Water Stream Encampment to deal with it, but Jabra is cunning opponent to take advantage it and charge with his Tekkai Kenpo and break through the attack. Also, he has Kami-e to avoid Bang attacks.
Overall, I believe Jabra has this - 7/10

I think it's a bit closer when we consider the skill gap.
Jabra has mobility and power advantages to get the victory here, but in a close quarter combat he's gonna get things really hard against someone as skilled and experienced as Bang. But with Tekkai Kenpo he'll be able to defend and attack at the same time, enlarging the gap to the point that Bang will start doing chip damage.
Bang's biggest problem is that he's more stationary when we compare him to Jabra, who likes to jump around and attack from many different angles.
