An idea about banned franchise vs franchise

Could you ask a admin too clear a vs of for example a DC and a dragon ball character if it is unique and not controversial?

Probably not. Anything DC vs DB isn't going to end well, as past experience has shown us.

You could always plead your case on the forums. I mean, they're at least bound to listen. The things is though, DC vs Dragon Ball tends to get heated rather quickly no matter where you go. But still, it's worth a try and depending on what it is, the admins/staff may let you do under certain conditions (EX: everyone stays civil).

I would be highly curious if this was allowed.

We discussed this a few months back, while the original idea was to just ban Superman Vs DB we ultimately decided to ban the entirety of Marvel and DC since since they were consistently the most controversial matches.

To give some examples, these matches usually garnered 100 of replies within hours if not a couple of days and for a versus thread thats a lot. There are also people who would go rage about the results on unrelated threads causing even more trouble.

So it was the best way to mitigate bad blood between users.

I didn't say let battles like that happen I ment for the more createv and less contrval battles

For example yesterday I suw batman no prep vs kid Gokus begiding of dragon ball everyone was being sivel but it was closed because it teniculy was dragon ball vs DC even tho everyone was acting just fine.

Trust me all it takes is 1 or 2 users for it to turn into a shit show, had this fight taken place like a week ago I know of user who would have gone ballistic on that thread and if we go back like mounth I can name another who would have done the same.

And certain people can't accept the result and will just start a flame war on other threads discussing it.
