She seems to be superior than Alucard.

About the Bloodlusted round...yeah. Arc will annihilate Alucard in such case.

Thing is, she probably can kill Alucard... eventually.

It'll probably take her around 4 months to kill him, with all of his souls and all.

Plus, he has much more abilities than Arc over here.
