Meanwhile Alucards Mid-Godly Regain is not doing anything. Seiya already killed both Hypnos and Thanatos who both have Mid-Godly because they cannot die unless their concepts are destroyed so on if he can kill the Twin Gods he can kill Alucard.

No, the author in later chapters become to this technique in a simple portal to another dimension. Even described that this technique only teleport Aspros to another dimension. Also, it is a simple portal when he used this technique against Shion.

The real effect of the Marvelous Room is just a gateway to other dimensions, he can use it to teleport Partita and the Saints to the different Temples, and he can use the portals to teleport Shion and Aspros to another dimension.
