That puts Kars' ability copy into question. Altair is an independent existence whose Plot Manipulation abilities are undetailed and undefined in JoJo verse and mechanics are not included in the said verse, while Altair remains as the crossover fairy. The fact that Hangaku is exactly a stand doesn't change the fundamantals of their interaction.

Why doesn't Kars have resistance to plot manipulation on his profile then? And the plot manipulation that Altair uses is different from Beyond's plot manipulation so why wouldn't it affect Kars? Altair's Outline Origin removes all the power up a character has ever gotten while Beyond's just seems to alter the story in a characters favor they don't even seem remotely similar. Also how would the stands survive existence erasure or plot manipulation anyway? Since from what you've said Kars might have resistance to them but his stands doesn't.

Beyond can do plenty more than manipulate the plot. Time travel, ressurection, space-time manipulation reality warping. Miracle Creation. Causing litterally impossible acts ta happen out of nowhere. All from a being above Altair. Outline origin? Different Kars adaots and comes and fights.

Kars could avoid the Fate and Causality Manipulation with his Acausality. I don't think that works the same for Plot Manipulation though, unless someone can elaborate on Kars having a specific resistance to that power.

Peter Kars has Acausality (from Dio who had ended up getting Acausality from Kars himself) . The world ultimate explicitly had the power on top.

D4C is useless here considering she herself is a singularity and was born without a Universe in the entire Multiverse. So Merger sponges is out of the question. And Altair's Teleportation can take her in any Universe in the Multiverse and Recreators multiverse is a Multiverse with Higher Dimensions and having Countless Universes and Timelines. She can Erase the Very concept of Kars or Outline Origin him or Representation Exposition him instantly back to his part 2 form do duplicates, body hopping, copy/adapt are useless here.

Kars time manip is super high with MiHU. He can accelerate time into infinity highly doubt some resistance can make for it.
