Alright, but, what tier should a character that managed to destroy an afterlife be in?

Take into account that afterlife is not considered a different space/timeline/dimension, is more a metaphysical place, simply controlling time and space would make you able to affect the afterlife, heaven or hell.

Technically, one simply do not destroy the afterlife via AP, at least shouldn't be by default.

An afterlife's size varies from verse to verse. Generally speaking, it should be much larger than Earth given the consideration of population that grows endlessly where as population on earth grows and shrinks back and forth. And for others, it should be much larger than the observable universe; but afterlifes aren't usually other space-time continuums. The only notable example I can think of where they actually are is Image Comics.

But yeah, it isn't generally a specific AP feat to destroy an afterlife.
