It is only 8x (combat speed) against the bottom end of Zoe's speed. Zoe's highest combat speed is higher than Claire's. The OP themselves listed the 8x combat speed diff, so I'm not sure why they did that.
The guy that created the blog apparently needed helped to register on the forum. I told him the process and he changed his Fandom name to match forum's name.
