I believe the Dr.Slump timelines only includes Universe 7 which makes it 2-B (in that time Toriyama didnt think about 12 universes)
Because of DB contains MWI and Quantum physics and official DB site says that there are infinite universes with moment-to-moment decisions I claim them "likely 2-A"
And finally Afterlife, for me its "At least higher-degree of 4D, possibly 5D"

Freeza is a great villain, the next arc will focus everything on him and i hope it tells a bit more about the history of his race or something like that.

My scale is the Multiverse being 2-A in number of timelines, each timeline being 1-C, afterlife being a dimension on an infinite 4D scale, and the dimension of strange lights giving low 1-C to the characters who access and interact with 5D, the neutral dimension being a 5D space that is between the Universes. I consider the verso of the void containing the timelines to be at least 6D

What do you think about the theory that everything in the Dragon Ball Universe is getting stronger because of "Ki"? I mean, I'm not sure about is it a theory or not.
Because the Earth has seen so many powerful beings, it has become a powerful Planet that has become much harder to destroy, so destroying the Earth may now require things like 4-A, at least with our system. The same goes for people on Earth, etc.
I think it makes sense because Ki is everything and offers infinite growth capacity

I doubt the Earth is growing stronger by feeding off of the Ki of its inhabitants, but everything in the universe possessing Ki does explain why skilled fighters can, for example, control the elements, interact with space-time, or manipulate biology; everything is intrinsically connected. Also explains why the Genkidama can draw energy from the atmosphere and celestial bodies, or why nobody can survive the unmatched power of the sun.
