Ki in DB still does not have combat applicable Soul Manipulation. You should wait, at the very least, until the CRT is accepted and the changes are applied to the pages to use it on vs matches

Goku is more into the powerful hax with soul manipulation, but as i know this will go wrong i don't give it 1 month to stay and it will be destroyed with several downgrades
Dragon ball can't have complicated hax because it's too childish and silly
