Sonic doesn't offer Eggman second chances, it's just IDW doing that.
Eggman is good at surviving, Sonic has tried to kill him many times, or leave him for dead.

In new Daima chapter Goku and co had trouble with an army of laser guns, airplanes and Tanks, got hit and damaged. Shin hid behind some rocks and Neva said that despite Piccolo's regen, if he got hit in a vital point he would die despite having his ki defenses up

They actually can kill, Neva said Piccolo would die if he got hit in vital points. And the Tanks and the rest seemed kinda AP based too. Regardless it wasn't explained if those were amped with magic or whatnot

Uhm no he never said piccolo would be killed,more so said how he would be knocked out if it hit it's vital area given that the gun can paralyze would be true as your regen won't help you there also the tanks literally shoot big balls of paralysis Goku even specified how his body feels numb after he got hit by the attack

Neva said it would KILL piccolo if he got hit in vital points tho. And if these guns were so powerful then Gomah or any other king could've sent entire battalions to defeat the Tamagamis and use the Dragon balls

Doesn't excuse them to be massiavely weaker...in fact, they got used to their new bodies episodies above, and nowhere was stated that they got actually way weaker than they were in adult form

I don't know if you are getting some different translations but crunchy roll translation doesn't say kill
Well tamagamis might be resistant to it plus ssj Goku literally wiped them off so tamagamis are more than capable of defeating them
