Toei's wank is really powerful, for example 3 space-times the size of the Universe that are infinite and spacetime DBS with 2 being the size of the Universe finite ( i no longer know if the Kaioshin realm fits the Universal size by ¼ of the Universe and the afterlife DBS )

Goku took months to train in the afterlife, months passed in the mortal world, the z fighters took like a year or so to train in the afterlife, same time passed in the mortal world, Goku trained for 7 years in the afterlife, 7 years passed in real time, in the kaioshin planet, the ritual took alot of hours to be completed.

Time Room is another parallel dimension that contains distorted space-time, nothing special about it.
The afterlife is a place separate from the normal universe, the size of the Universe and housing several dimensions within it
A larger time axis serves time for all Universes and dimensions time, although time passes the same as time in the normal Universe in the afterlife, it is still entirely a separate dimension from the normal Universe.
What i really mean is that there is a larger time axis giving these time dimensions, although it is separate space-time with the same time axis serving each dimension.

Friend, a separate dimension can have the same time as the normal Universe, which is still a separate space-time.
You will hear this many times about DB, you have to get used to it and get it out of your head that it is only DC that this exists, because other verses also contain it

ah, no, it should not have the same time as the normal universe, yeah it has time, but it should not be even the same time to the point that the same time happens in that place
I still think it's crap for all the verses, not just Dragon Ball, no no no, I don't want it in Sonic, in God of War, in Mario, in Pokemon, or wherever it's going to be...except in Fran Bow and Cookie Clicker, which I think are the only verses that do apply that concept (or something akin to that)

God Of War does not have a hypertimeline, it is more of a higher dimension that exists, It is the dimension that Athena goes to that is mentioned as a higher existence and the creator confirms this.

It is accepted to have a hypertimeline, but it's only for range of certain Hax for certain abilities (not for attack potency) (your thinking of something else Ruffy)

Well you're correct in that the wiki does accept those at least for most of them as far as I'm aware? (I haven't followed Pokémon here so I wouldn't know if they had a hypertimeline, but Mario I'd like to think I was watching the threads that were going on enough to see if it was accepted somewhere)
