I think the best you could do is use the smallest timeframe/fastest a person can swing their arm down (as Frieza is in this action to kill Vegeta).

Would it be ill-advised to use Superhuman perception timing, considering Goku and co. have been explicitly superhuman as far back as the Tournament Saga?

In a Universe in DB (the purple thingy outside the galaxy swirly looking thing which is the Macrocosm), the Macrocosm appears to be finite regardless of it being infinite in size, so, wouldn't this logically mean that a Universe has qualtive superiority over the Macrocosm?
Also, shouldn't Goku scale to Infinite Zamasu since TUI, who predated the entire timeline (supported by how Zeno erasing IZ erased the timeline itself, which is confirmed, and so on), meaning Goku scales to his timeline?

I came across a video of a guy that tried to explain the four timelines in DBZ. What's crazy is that the guy in the video came to the exact same conclusion as i did, over a decade ago. It's a huge coincidence and honestly a bit scary but i guess this validates my theory even more :3

Those sites operate on fundamentally different principles. This site is a wiki and aims to be as accurate as possible which often involves being more conservative. Those sites have no such wiki orientation and it's just people expressing their opinions (which usually means downplaying every verse they don't like and wanking every other verse).

Comicvine fits this bill yeah, but r/powerscaling uses CSaP's standards (which, admittedly is also vague in many areas)

talking about comicvine and reddit specifically. comicvine is just a trollfest site, it was never a serious VS debating platform and it never will be. they downplay everything barring a few verses such as comic books (obviously, although they're still lowballed) and from what i've seen, Saint Seiya. everything else is trash to them. dragon ball specifically is pretty much treated like the devil's work there.
as for reddit, that really depends what sub you go to. subs like r/whowouldwin actually skew more towards anime and are a lot friendlier to dragon ball super (not so much towards Z, for some reason) than other verses. dragon ball heroes is pretty much treated like TES there. subs like r/powerscaling on the other hand are pretty much bleach fansubs in disguise at this point with dumb takes like 5D or even 6D bleach getting popularized there while a good percentage of their members believe DBS is below universal. it's also the sub that truly took universal Naruto seriously, even today

there was a recent poll on comicvine, it was Senjumaru vs Aeos. Senjumaru was winning that poll by a landslide

Don't worry.
Aeos won't have the ap or range to affect the bleach cosmology after it getss revised. Nobody fron DB would be able to able to do so aside from zeno.

none of that is happening. their cosmology caps off at 3U 2-C, beginning of BoG is already millions of times stronger than that due to Kai being canon to DBS now. nothing changes

It even makes sense that Mr. Madruga can't see the future of the DB characters' timeline because it's 5D, since his ability only affects 4D structures.
