Pretty much everyone whose currently scaling to the timelines (the 2-As) gets affected by this. If Canon Zen-Oh can erase the entire timeline (which seems people have evidence of him doing so) then he'd be changed too.

I feel like there should be a blog made for Low 1-C before any fights are even considered. An addition to the verse page that makes the justification as clear and transparent as possible.

I have plans for proposing 6 2-C Manga but I feel like all of this should take precedent. It would make that revision a lot smoother with a better cosmology blog anyways, since it would probably include the Swirling Lights dimension being a 6 2-C construct.
