This should be fixed imo, Dragonball, especially toei, does not treat multipliers this way, toei literally had super buu open a man sized hole as opposed to what buuhan did
Imo, it should be similar to the way people are scaled with his initial vice shout, anyone on buuhan and up gets 2c but that's just me

I don't mean this in a mean spirited way, but I feel like the mods (and or vsbw in genernal) try to standardize some verses so then they meet the normal perception of how people normally view them. Not to say the ratings are bad cause it's "the norm" but that anything outside of that makes it difficult to get accepted
