In Daizenshuu 2 I believe he's referred to as Revived Cell. I think Super Perfect Cell is just useful nickanme assigned by the fans.
On XenoVerse they also call it just "Cell (Full Power)" fsr.
as far as i am aware, that form of Cell is either called "Full Power" or "Perfect" with his perfect form being called "Perfect Form"......at least in the games, no idea about guides
